RICHMOND, VA - Strange's Florist, Greenhouses and Garden Centers, an icon in the Richmond area for more than 70 years, will join Faith Motorsports as an associate sponsor for Friday night's Lipton Tea 250 at Richmond International Raceway.
The florist, which boasts five locations across the Richmond area, ranks in the Top 25 in volume of more than 20,000 FTD retailers in the U.S. Strange's is one of Virginia's largest greenhouse growers and offers one of the largest retail garden centers in the country.
Faith Motorsports would like to thank Strange's owner Bill Gouldin Jr. for his support of Morgan Shepherd and the team again this spring. Fans wishing to show their appreciation to Strange's can call the store at 800-421-4070 or contact them through their website at www.stranges.com.
"Strange's has supported our program in past years and have been very patient as we have struggled the past couple times we have come to Richmond," said Faith GM Dana Tomes. "We are a Top 30 team now so we will see that Strange's logo lap after lap this weekend!"
Tomes said he hopes that fans who historically send flowers to out of town recipients on Mother's Day or other holidays will take their business to Stange's.
"If you are using FTD to send your flowers out of town anyways, I hope fans will let Strange's have that business and let Mr. Gouldin and his staff know that we appreciate his support."
The Strange's logo will appear on the lower rear quarter panels of Shepherd's #89 Chevrolet throughout the weekend at Richmond.
